Hi,
I own a HDB flat fully paid up and fulfilled MOP. After marriage, I added in my spouse as an occupier. My spouse has bought a private property under his name to avoid the ABSD. As my parents live in my HDB flat, we intend to move into the private property while still maintaining our room at HDB.
Question:
1) For lower property tax, can my spouse be listed as an owner-occupier?
2) Do I need to remove his name as Occupier in my HDB flat?
