Hi, I only managed a poor $251,000 for HLE and i only have about $60k available in the CPF because of investment. I heard i have a $15,000 grant. So what is the price range of the flat should i be tragetting? Thanks.

Evening, Based on your statement, you are getting a HDB unit under single scheme. And since you are getting HDB loan, you can look at 3 room flat Circuit Road area or Woodlands area.
