You can call up hdb resale hotline and appeal about your case, but chances are the approval (if any) may also end up taking 3 months to process. Hence its not really useful. Afternoon,

Appeal and review of your case with HDB might also take around 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your situation. Hence it might be of little help even if you do so.
