Hi, I noticed the interest-only mortgage payment calculator on propertyguru http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/mortgage_calc_interest_only Can I clarify if such interest only mortgage loans are permitted currently? My impression after some reading up is that these were prohibited by MAS back in 2009, is this still the case now? Is it possible nevertheless for someone to get financing via such interest only mortgage loans? For instance, by getting such a loan from a foreign bank? Does anyone have experience in this aspect? Many thanks!
