Hi, i need to take up a bank loan for my HDB flat, as i need to return 120k to my ex-husbands CPF as a result of the house transfer.

The HDB flat is fully paid up, however, due to the court order and me having to return the 120k (my own CPF withdrawal limit has been reached as well), i am currently short of 120k.

Can someone advice me, on whether banks grant such bank loans, as a result of HDB TRANSFER? The bankers that i have approached from the various local banks have told me they only grant loans for Sales&Purchases, but not HDB transfers...

Pls advice me, on which local bank can grant such loans for Divorce TRANSFER of HDB cases, and their contact numbers.

hi sharon,
Since the house is fully paid up, you can try to apply both the HDB loan as well as bank loan.
