Hi

I need advise. I am single going to 35 in 2011.

I have wanted to buy a HDB flat but was not able to because of my age. Early this year, I bought a 2 bedroom condo.

I would still like to own a HDB flat without eventually selling my condo. Can someone offer me advise on how I can do this?
