Hi, i & my wife are singaporean and own HDB in yishun bought via re-sale market in the year 2005. In 2011 i applied for BTO and expecting the hand-over in the 1st quarter of year 2014.
My question: is it now i have to start looking for a buyer to sell the current house? or is it too early? please advise.

Morning Rajan,

Yes, it's too early to start selling now. You can try to start marketing your unit during end 2013, depending on the estimated date for key collection to your BTO unit.
