Hi , I moved to Sydney 4 years ago. I bought at flat at CCK and when I was moved , I rent two room and one room lock. after two year HDB officer email me you have to stay in Singapore if you like to room rental. I am working Sydney , so its not possible to stay Singapore. They forced to me to rent whole house . But my MOP finished only 2 years. So I can not sell my flat. I planning to surrender my citizenship . Please let me know what happen my HDB flat. HDB told me i have to surrender to them with penalty . Please let me know what I will need to do. I like to keep one room for my brother use in Singapore but still HDB officer don't allow.
