HI, I met with a problem on HLE and OTP date.

I am buying a flat and proceed with the OPT from the seller dated 10 Sep and my HLE just got approved on 14 Sep. I had problem submitting to exercise now. Had written to HDB appeal but fail. My seller haven't exercise on their side.

What can I do ? Please advise

Could we get the otp date change to after my HLE dated.
