Hi I’m taking the RES exams in October. I am currently employed on a full time basis and would like to ask if it’s advisable to start off part time in the property industry. However, I am currently a cabin crew and wouldn’t be in town as often as I’d like. Would there be any mentors willing to coach someone in my situation? Thanks.

Hi,

I think it is wise for your to start off part-time first. Because you never know if this career path is a suitable one for you. Once you get into this career and finds that you have passion for it, then you consider converting to full-time. No hurries on that.

I just want to add, if you're passionate in what you're doing, you will succeed. This career has the sky as the limit.

If you are looking to work alongside us in a highly-motivated team, feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
