hi, I m still in the progress of filing for a divorce. My ex husband and I have already been separated for 3yrs and our first house which was bought directly from hdb has already sold off quite sometime ago. My qns is can i now apply new BTO with my current boyfriend under fiance/fiancee scheme while waiting for the final divorce to go thru? Will hdb be ask for divorce documents to be produce at the point of unit selection? or can i delay the document submission only when taking procession of my new flat? And also will there be any resale levy impose on my case?

Evening,

As per what I understand, as long as your divorce is not settled, you are still considered married. Hence to apply BTO with your current boyfriend is not possible at this moment.

As for resale levy, it would have to be paid in accordance to your previous unit size and computation would be based on the period your unit is sold.
