Hi Maung,

Both of you are not eligible to apply for BTO HDB flats as the minimum requirement is one applicant must be a Singaporean and another applicant is either a Singaporean or PR. Your wife has failed this criteria.

But nevertheless, both of you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat under non citizen spouse scheme.
