    I intend to purchase with my Singaporean partner. I don't mind a small flat (our budget is limited) but it has to be close to MRT stations. I've seen a few condos that's right on top of the MRT station or within 5 minutes walk. Is there any HDB that fits this criteria? Thanks.

Morning Thannie,

You might have some choices in central area that fits your requirements but they are most likely to be 3I. Improved models normally has 1 toilet and 1 bathroom in the kitchen area and doesn't have attached in master. In addition, these units mostly like are at least 30 to 40 years old so you might need to renovate the place.
