Evening, The BTO would have being purchased under Public Scheme. If you would like to keep the unit, you might need to write into HDB and appeal your case, provided you have someone who is ready to marry you under short notice.     If say we hold till we get the keys then we proceed with the divorce, will i be able to keep the unit
