Hi I m a PR and my Wife is a Sick patient unable to perform transactions can I purchase a re-sale HDB only under me with the Doctor certificate about my wife illness? Kindly advise.

Afternoon,

You will require a lawyer to proceed with the court order and introduce an trustee or power of attorney, depending on the seriousness your of spouse's condition.

However, if your wife is simply bed-ridden but still physically and mentally able, you can get your salesperson to run the errant for you.
