Hi, I looking for new or EC more than 5 less than 10years. I bopught my current HDB for 1 1/2 years. Please advise if it is better to buy EC or condo? Preferred in/near Bishan area.

As you have purchase your current unit 1.5 years ago, it's likely that you are not greatly affected by the new ruling.
However, I would not want to commit, without knowing the details.

Currently, the only known EC in Bishan and AMK area are Bishan Loft and Nuovo, which are 11 years and 10 years respectively.
