Hi, I live in a 4room flat for more than 27years. Is it possitble to move to a brand new 3rooms flat? How could I go about it?

Afternoon Rehana,

If you had purchasd the current unit under open scheme, you can apply for BTO unit as second timer. However, if you have exceeded 55 years of age, you can try to apply for the HDB studio apartment. Once you managed to get the queue number and selected a unit, you can opt to sell of your unit prior key collection or within 6 months from key collection.
