Afternoon Martin,

As per your enquiry, you are 48 years old and you intend to sell your 4 room flat. After the sales, you will receive the cash profit, after deducting the CPF used + Accrued Interest, Outstanding Loan, upgrading levy, if any.
Only upon purchase of another unit, using HDB loan, will you be required to fork out 50% of your cash profit, and HDB will then loan you the balance.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi Martin,

When you purchase another unit using HDB loan,
- 50% of the cash proceeds require to top up your next hdb loan.

or

- if your cash proceed is less than $50K, you can keep up to $25K and the rest would be used to finance the next hdb loan.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
