I LIKE TO CHECK WHETHER I CAN BUY A HDB HOUSE. CURRENTLY I AM IN PR STATUS , MY WIFE IS IN LONG TERM PASS. FROM AUG 2015 I WILL BE 35 YRS OLD.IS THAT POSSIBLE TO BUY A RESALE FLATS IN HDB. WHT WILL BE THE MAXIMUM LOAN I CAN GET. CURRENTLY MY SALARY IS S$4000 / MONTH

Evening Mr. Vivek,

Only SC are eligible to purchase HDB unit under single scheme. For SPR, you need to form a family nucleus with another SPR or SC spouse before you are eligible.
