Hi, I just started working and my bf is a NS Men but signing on, his salary will be around $2.xk per month before cpf and mine $1.9k before (my salary will increase), what kind of housing are we suitable? we have plans to get maisonette/resale 5 room, how much do we exactly have to save for downpayment? And for first timer, usually how much grants will we get? :)
