Hi , i just sold my house to pay all my debts. The problem now is that i couldn't get a HDB loan as i already took twice from them & i also couldn't get a loan from the bank due to my record. I've already paid up all my debts with the bank. Both me & my wife are earning an average of 6.5k per month & we still have a combined CPF of about 270k. We just need to get a small amount of loan & buy a 3 room flat in Tampines as both of us are working in the airport + my son is studying his first year in Temasek poly. can anyone please advise me . Thanks

Morning,

If you can provide evidence indicating that banks are not approving your loan due to bad credit, you can try to appeal for market rate loan from HDB.
