Hi, I just got my Singapore Citizenship and plan to buy resales HDB with my wife (PR) and get CPF Grant.
However, I have disposal my Malaysia property 27 months ago.
1. In which step I can apply for CPF grant?
2. My disposal period is less than 30 mths to eligible for the grant, if I want to appeal, is it before OTP?
