Hi, i just got discharged from Bankruptcy in May 2017. I am looking to buy a $1m condo and together with my cash and CPF, i can pay $600k upfront.

So my question is, will any bank or finance company lend me the balance since its just 40% of the condo price and its a no-lose situation for them?

To know if the bank will provide a loan to you for the housing purchase, you can approach the banks directly check with them. They will have the final decision and not a real estate salesperson. Good morning,

Since you have been discharged from Bankruptcy for less than 6 months, the Credit Bureau would still have your previous record. Therefore, banks will only be able to provide you with limited loan based on your income status, age and your credit record status after being discharge. Based on the required figures, you would likely require an income of more than $4,500 per month to obtain what is needed.
