Hi I just found out from HDB website that i am not an authorised tenant. Landlord has not registered me as tenant with HDB. Does it mean that the landlord cannot forfeit the one-month security deposit if I end my tenancy before end of the term? I signed a one-year tenancy agreement less than one month ago.
