Hi Rossa,

You are not allowed to rent out your whole unit as you have not fulfilled the applicable minimum occupation period of 5 years even though you have fully paid your house.

But you are allowed to rent out max 1 room (sublet) and you have to report to HDB via myHDB page within 7 days after finding a subtenant.
