Cash payment will be required when you pay the option fee, if you are taking bank loan to finance the purchase and/ or you have insufficient CPF OA funds for any payment.

Good morning,

Yes if your MOP is fulfilled, you can purchase the next residential flat or apply the next BTO. All eligibility conditions must be fulfilled. There will be cash involved if there is insufficient CPF OA to cover the purchase price.
