Evening Mr. Wee,

Do perform enhanced contra facility, your current unit must be under HDB loan and your upcoming unit's mortgage also need to be under HDB loan. With the new ruling, to get a second HDB loan, you need to fulfill the necessary requirements and 50% of your profit will need to go into your upcoming purchase, along with the CPF monies refund from your sales.
Hence it would be easier for us to disucss it and work the sums out before we proceed any further.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
