Hi, I intend to sell my 3 room HDB flat and purchase a 5 room HDB flat. I intend to loan about 200k from the bank. But I do not have a good credit rating. What are my chances of getting the loan? Thanks

Good evening,

Maybe let my bankers to advise you on this to see how does it goes. No point asking a professional property salesperson (good at selling properties) to advise you on loans.
