Hi, i intend to purchase resale hdb unit (2nd time, first time purchase with grant).. Now i not working, My cpf return is close to 50k, cash approx 80k... I had one 4yrs old son, My seperator wife i intend to name her under occupant, her cpf is close to $25k, But her cpf ranging from $90 to $250
Please kindly advise on the over matters. Thanks
