Hi, I intend to buy an EM in Toa Payoh Lor 1. Will it be a good buy? any chance of En-bloc for that area? if the cov is between $80k to $110k, is it still worth it? Any chance that it may perform as good as shunfu area? any specialist can advise? tks alot.
