Hi, I intend to buy 3rm HDB flat under Non Citizen Spouse Scheme. My monthly income is $2,500 and would like to buy near my parents. Am i eligible for family grant near parents and additional grant and how much will it be?

Afternoon Steven, For non-citizen spouse scheme, you are eligible for $15k grant. Additional housing grant is only eligible for SC and SC or SC and PR buyers. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
