Hi, I have utilized HDB loan once with my ex husband. Now that I have custody of the two children, can I apply for a HDB loan as I am intending to purchase a 4rm HDB flat? Pls advise. Thanks

Yes, you can as long as your monthly household income is less than $10k.

Afternoon Rebecca,

Every Singaporean can apply for HDB loan twice, under normal condition. Meeting the income of not more than $10k, and noting that you might need to pay cash of up to 50% of the Profit from your previous sales.
