Hi, I have some questions on HDB grant and resale levy to clarify on behalf of my mum.
She is currently a sole owner of her flat (just sold) and is intending to get a resale flat next year. However, her current flat was being inherited from my dad who passed away many years ago. The flat was initially registered under my dad and grandmother name. It was fully paid using my dad's cpf. HDB told me my mum will be consider 2nd timer in this case. Is there any way who could appeal to get the grant or resale levy waived off?
