Hi, I have some doubts here. Currently I own a flat together with my mother and my brother is staying with us. Right now, my brother is buying over my flat. He is single meaning just transfer his name to be tenant. Must I necessary needs an agent to complete the process? What is the procedure? Can anyone advice?

Hi Samantha

The solutions to your questions is that you have to sell meaning to go through the normal buy and sell process.

However prior to that your brother has to meet the Single Scheme criteria, which is min 35 years old.
