Each individual (SC with SC/ SPR) will have 2 chances to purchase either a BTO or new EC.
If your EC was purchased directly from developer then you are not eligible for BTO.
If its resale EC, yes you are eligible for BTO.
So which situation is applicable to you?
Alternatively will be resale HDB or private condos.
