As you have taken 2 times subsidized housing, you will no longer be eligible to apply for a 3rd subsidized housing.

You can however consider resale HDB flats, or private condos.

Good evening,

Each individual (SC with SC/ SPR) will have 2 chances to purchase either a BTO or new EC.

If your EC was purchased directly from developer then you are not eligible for BTO.

If its resale EC, yes you are eligible for BTO.

So which situation is applicable to you?

Alternatively will be resale HDB or private condos.
