However looking at this market now, for resale market most have gone past their previous peak. For new projects you won't have the cashflow of rental. For newly Toped project most are calling at high prices.

As mentioned commercial being more complex, right now the rental market has stoped dropping further which menas has already bottomed out. Nevertheless, with supply in the commerical market coming in the next 1-2yeasr. The price may remain constant, however the upside potential is there together with risk .
