Hi, I have recently view a 4rm HDB apartment, but when I asked for the valuation report, I got the report from a realty company, and not from HDB. My question is, are there 3rd party valuations or all HDB flats valuations have to be done by HDB only?

Hi David,

HDB do not do valuation.
They appoint qualified valuers to do it. (outsource)
You can check with HDB when in doubt.
