Hi I have recently sold my condo, completion date in Jul 2024. I plan to purchase a HDB resale (under single scheme) without grant and using bank loan. May I clarify a few questions please:
(1) If my next HDB resale flat is without grant nor subsidies, would I still be considered a first-timer applicant and without having to pay any resale levy when I decide to apply for BTO or EC in the future?
(2) Would I need a HFE now? Since I am not utilizing grant nor CPF loan to purchase the HDB resale
(3) I understand there is a 15-month wait out period after legal completion of my condo sale in Jul 2024. When can I begin to apply for HFE at the earliest, in order to cater for the 15-month wait out?
