Hi, I have received my Approved HFE letter. Let's say I go for a SBF in the Feb launch, would I be able to reapply for the HFE if I got a queue number?
Reason being I am in between jobs but our joint income got slightly better because of my spouse income.
Not that I'm looking for a better loan eligibility but because the details that I applied for my HFE that was approved, is outdated. I would like to know if I would be penalized for using a HFE with outdated details. Additionally I'm also concerned about the grants as they vary too.
On the other hand, I am thinking if I cancel my HFE and resubmit then I would lose an opportunity to secure a SBF , though it's challenging to. Even with a slim chance, I want to just give it a shot and if I don't get a queue number then I'll reapply for the HFE and go for resale instead.
Besides this I would also like to ask if ABSD applies for SC-PR couple who are married. Initially I thought I need to pay ABSD but after searching, I realized that that might not be the case. Just want to verify this information as well.
Thank you! GOD bless
