Hi i have just submitted the HL application online. I have selected my intended purchase as resale 4 room flat for singles when in actual fact i am looking at both 4 room or 5I flats in sengkang area. Upon approval of the HDB loan application and i decided to go for a 5i flat, do i need to reapply the letter again? Please advise. Thank you.
