Hi D F,

The process of buying a condo in SG is not complex.

What you need is 20% downpayment + Stamp Duty (Tax) + Legal Fees + 70-80% Loan Amount from back.

What most important is the location. I have some reasonable deals on hand to recommend you.
If possible please kindly give me a call at 96722265  for discussion or we can arrange to meet up so to understand your requirements better.

Look forward to you call.
