Hi, I have gone through an agent and got a room accomadatione done - agent made the agreement for 1 year and a open contract. The owner all of a sudden says he needs the room. I have paid a agent fee just 2 months before and the agent is not doing anything about this? Is there any place where I could claim for this?

Afternoon,

Hard to know that such salesperson still exist. If your TA have being signed by both parties, witnessed and stamped, you can bring this up to CASE and request for assistance. Alternatively, try to contact your salesperson again and request for his professional assistance.
