Hi, I have fully paid for my HDB which was bought from the opened market about 9+ years ago, my first HDB flat was purchased directly from HDB. I will need advice if i can rent out the whole of my flat if i am still staying in Singapore.

You have fulfilled the MOP as stated by the HDB and would be able to rent out your whole flat.

Hi Michelle,

There is no issue to renting out your HDB. All that is required is HDB approval by writing in.
