Hi, I have bought a Walk-In-Selection 3 Rooms Flat at Clementi area and now I have shifted to CCK 4 Rooms Flat. My question is that can i still down Grade to 2 Room or 3 Room BTO New Flat. Thk

Morning,

My direct question was that upon key-collection for your BTO unit, would you have fulfilled your MOP?
Upon signing the contract for your WIS unit, is there a clause stating that you are not allowed to take interest on any other property, prior to key collection?
