Hi, I have been staying in a condo for 6 years and has always been registered in the same address. This year, I have issue with my registered address. It’s says the address has reached maximum occupancy and I am unable to declare that as my address. My landlord says there is no need for condo to register their tenants. Is that true? If so, why has the address reached maximum occupancy? Anywhere the landlord can check who is registered in the address? His foreign worker portal shows ‘0 work pass holder’. Where else can he check?
