Morning,

As you have taken HDB grant, you are only required to pay levy if you were to get another subsidized flat from HDB again.

As for applying for second HDB loan, do note that HDB will only loan you the amount of: Valuation - total monies in CPF OA - 50% cash profit from sales of your current unit.

As for purchase of resale flat after sales of current unit, you are eligible to purchase resale unit immediately after you have fulfilled your MOP but you must sell off your current unit within 6 months from key collection of upcoming unit.
