Hi, I have applied for singapore citizenship. It has been approved in principle (will be formally approved after 2 months). Can I apply for BTO during this period?

Hi, as a single citizen, you could only purchase a resale HDB unit and you have to be at least 35 years of age. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi, you can only purchase a resale hbd if you are at least 35 yr old. The alternative is to purchase a private condo with no ABSD. Please drop me an email for me to share with you the purchase procedures and the cost breakdown.
