Hi,
I have already submitted my rental application to HDB and have gotten an approval to rent out my flat.
However i know i will have to fill in a form from IRAS for owner's return.
1)Do i have to stamp my tenancy agreement?
2)If yes, where can I stamp it?I went to IRAS website and seems that they dun do e-stamping.
3)Are there any other document/paperwork needed?
