Hi, I have a very tricky situation over here.

Currently my parents just sold their HDB EA and we are expecting around 300k back.

Meanwhile we are looking at possibilities on a condo/apt. Below are the variables :

- At least 3/4 bedrooms (If possible 2 with attached bathrooms if it is 4 bedrooms)

- Maximum 200k downpayment (Need to buffer all the misc fees)

- Looking at only 999/FH

- Looking at D15/D17 (More to the east)

- @700k-750k for 3 bedroom or 800k-850k for 4 bedrooms.

- All bedrooms must be able to at least hold a queen-size bed and a decent cupboard.


With all the variables up there, is that even possible to find 1?

Hi Brandon..

For your budget,its a bit tight to get condo in D15 / D17 with 3 or 4 bedrooms and Freehold. I have 2 units in the D17 for sale..

1)Azalea Park ..Ground floor unit..1679sq ft..4bedrooms(3 bedrooms with attached toilets)..Shuttle bus to Tampines MRT..999yrs Leasehold..asking $998k

2)Loyang Valley ..3+1 bedrooms(2 rooms with attached toilets)..1873 sq ft..99 yrs Leasehold..no noon sun,tranquil & quiet surroundings..nice greenery view..asking $980k($523 psf only)

3)Loyang Valley..Ground floor unit 1981 sq ft..3+1 bedrooms(2 rooms with attached toilet)..pool facing...huge and cosy patio..asking $1.05M only..
