Hi,
I have a question on agent fees. I am currently living in an apartment and am planning to move into another unit in the same building. I didn't use an agent; I was referred to the unit by my security guard, and so I'm assuming that the agent works for the owner of the unit. Am I still supposed to pay agent fees?
